Let me tell you why I built this, and why it's different.

I've spent two decades as an executive assistant and chief of staff. The inbox, the calendar, the travel, the board prep, the thousand quiet judgment calls nobody sees. And here's the part that matters: I still do it. I didn't master a few prompts, declare myself an expert, and walk out of the profession. I'm still in the chair, doing the work, every single day.

That's deliberate. There's nothing wrong with people who move into teaching full-time, I have real respect for anyone who shares what they know. And when I told them the truth, that in a lot of ways I'm already the AI in my company, the system that takes in everything, decides what matters, and surfaces it before anyone has to ask, they didn't have the words to understand what I meant. That's when it clicked. The people who actually do this job had no one in their corner. Just outside voices, talking about a role they'd never lived.

So I want to be clear about what I am to you. I'm the colleague in the trenches with you. Not a guru, not a coach who's above it. Someone who knows this job matters. Who knows it pays the mortgage, builds the savings, keeps the life you've worked for steady. And who refuses to watch good people get pushed out by a wave of hype, when the truth is they're more valuable than ever, if they know how to prove it.

Because that's the whole point: this career can survive AI. Not by pretending the tools don't exist, and not by handing them the parts of you that can't be replaced.
